These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Shinglesrt real estate crowdlending platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
'Platform' refers to the shinglesrt.com website and all associated services. 'User' refers to any person who accesses or uses the Platform. 'Investor' refers to a registered User who participates in investment opportunities. 'Project' refers to the real estate investment opportunities presented on the Platform.
2. Eligibility
To use our investment services, you must: be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, be a resident of Bolivia or have authorization to invest in the country, provide truthful and complete information during registration, and not be subject to any legal restrictions that prevent you from investing.
3. Account Registration
To invest through our Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
4. Investments
All investments are subject to risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Shinglesrt does not guarantee return of investment or specific profits. Before investing, you should carefully review all available project information. Investments are binding once confirmed and cannot be canceled.
5. Fees and Payments
Shinglesrt may charge fees for its services, which will be clearly communicated before any transaction. Payments are processed through authorized payment service providers. All transactions are conducted in Bolivian bolivianos (BOB) or US dollars (USD).
6. Investment Risks
Real estate crowdlending carries significant risks, including: partial or total loss of invested capital, lack of liquidity (investments may not be easily converted to cash), project delays or developer default, and real estate market fluctuations.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including texts, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Shinglesrt or its licensors and is protected by Bolivian intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Bolivian law, Shinglesrt shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits or revenues.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of La Paz, Bolivia.
